Training
At our dojo or training hall, we train in a complete system of martial art where we place emphasize on the natural relaxed movement of the human body or "TAIJUTSU" (body skill). This soft relaxed feeling is used to generate true and natural power from the whole body not just muscular strength. The use of distance, timing and this unique power dynamic of a relaxed body is emphasized in each class.
